My story
I am a Lagos woman, a wife, and mother to three busy boys. My husband saw what I was building in the kitchen before I could. He said, “Tosin, what you do is special. Do not hide it.” So I did not. Quiet word of mouth became All Occasions Catering, and eight years of feeding weddings, offices and families across Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan.
The kitchen
I am a professionally trained caterer and an active member of the Association of Professional Food Service Providers in Nigeria. Our kitchen is clean, our ingredients are fresh, and nothing leaves a pot I would not put in front of my own children. Ofada Sauce is our signature, so we gave it a name of its own.
Why we cook this way
Food should taste like someone cared. We pick our peppers by smell. We simmer until the flavours come together, even if that means an extra hour. If we cannot deliver on your day, we tell you before you pay. That is Ofada Magic.
